FAQs

I’m new to training. Will I be able to keep up?

Yes. Our coaching approach means everything can be adapted to your current level. You’ll be safe, supported, and guided every step of the way.

Is this programme only for people who are experienced lifters?

Not at all. Whether you’re just starting or have been training for years, we’ll help you progress and push towards your goals at your pace.

I’ve only got 2–3 days a week to train. Is this right for me?

Absolutely. Most of our members train 3–4 times per week. You’ll have loads of opportunities to book sessions that suit your schedule.

What does the training look like? Is it all cardio?

Nope - the majority of sessions are strength and muscle-focused. There is only one optional conditioning-style session per week; the rest are resistance-based sessions designed to help you feel stronger and look more toned.

Is this a supportive and inclusive environment?

100%. Our community is built on acceptance and belonging. It’s a place where you can show up as yourself, feel welcomed, and train without judgement.

What results can I expect in 21 days?
